Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Guests must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by the Host (property manager); entry information will not be sent until this is completed.

Property Access

  • This single-level property provides access to all bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas without steps once inside.

Policies and Rules

  • Minimum age to reserve is 25 years. The person reserving must be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying at the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking should be left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Please keep outside noise at a respectful level.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the indicated trash receptacle in the Welcome Book or digital guidebook.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet rent is $25 per day, per dog plus tax. Maximum of 2 mature, well-trained dogs. Dogs must be kept off furniture. Guests are required to clean up droppings left outside. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.

Parking Information

  • Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
  • AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended during winter months or inclement weather due to steep, gravel road conditions. Chains may also be necessary during heavy snow. During summer months, FWD or RWD vehicles are usually sufficient, but vehicles with low ground clearance are not advised.
  • No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Streaming TV is provided; there is no cable or satellite package.
  • The kitchen includes basic utensils and a starter set of paper products (a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths). These items are sufficient for one or two nights.
  • Towels and linens are provided.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present in the property.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it can attract animals.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
